What was important

What I thought was most important from act 1 was the ghost. The ghost marks a for-shadowing over the country of Denmark. Also the state that Denmark was in. When someone says that a country is rotten it must be in bad economic shape. The ghost reveals that he was killed by his own brother. The ghost also seeks revenge over his death.
