51-60

Conrad describes death in such a beautiful way that it doesn't seem real. He describes the face of the man who died and it is "sombre, brooding, and menacing". The way that it is described is emotionless. He doesn't feel bad, it's just stated that this man died and that it is almost just like an animal. Zero remorse is felt for his death.
